For successful coordination:
- Book 4-6 weeks ahead for July-August. 2-3 weeks off-season.
- Deposit 30-50% at booking. Balance 7 days before.
- Cancellation: free up to 30 days before, partial refund 7-30 days, no refund within 7 days unless weather alert.
- Bad weather: skipper decides. If cancelled by weather, full refund or reschedule.
- On-site coordinator (extra, €200-500 depending on group size).
