Object
These terms govern the relationship between Conciergerie du Var (the "Concierge") and the independent service providers (the "Providers") who appear on this site or are recommended by the Concierge.
Coordination role
The Concierge acts as an intermediary between the visitor and the Provider. The Provider remains the legal supplier of the service (boat rental, restaurant, accommodation, etc.) and remains responsible for it.
Commission
The Provider grants the Concierge a commission on each booking generated via the Concierge. The commission rate is defined by mutual agreement and does not result in any extra charge for the end customer.
Quality requirement
The Provider undertakes to maintain its services at the level presented to the Concierge: equipment in good condition, qualified staff, compliance with applicable regulations, valid insurance. The Concierge may unilaterally end the relationship in case of recurring complaints.
Payment
Commissions are settled monthly, on receipt of invoice from the Provider, on the bookings completed during the previous month.
Confidentiality
Each party undertakes not to communicate to third parties the information of the other party (rates, list of customers, methods).
Applicable law
French law. Toulon commercial court in case of dispute.
