What you ask before booking.

Can you book us a starred table in August?

Yes - if you book through us at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Our partner relationships open up slots that aren't visible on standard booking platforms.

Do you charge a markup on restaurant bookings?

No. We book on your behalf at the restaurant's standard rate. Our service is free for you. Some establishments pay us a commission, others don't - it makes no difference on your bill.

Can the private chef accommodate allergies / restrictions?

Yes. We brief the chef on every dietary need (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, kosher). The menu is built around your group.

In which season can we hunt truffles?

Black truffle season: from mid-November to mid-March. Outings with a trifolau and his dog at Aups (truffle capital), then lunch with truffle dishes.
