Villa Anna

Set on 10,000 m² of landscaped garden, Villa Anna enjoys one of the most sought-after locations on the Saint-Tropez peninsula: just minutes on foot from Pampelonne beach and Club 55, on the West side. Contemporary architecture, centuries-old olive trees, infinity pool, helipad: a discreet address to experience Saint-Tropez at another level.

The villa unfolds 500 m² of living space on a single main level in white stone, extended by 300 m² of shaded terraces and an XXL pool deck. Interior volumes open through huge sliding bay windows onto the garden and Pampelonne bay. Decoration blends design pieces (Eames, Tulip, sculptural armchairs) with contemporary art (Takashi Murakami, Damien Hirst).

The layout includes 7 bedrooms with one master suite opening onto the olive grove, several children's rooms with bunk beds, and an independent guest pavilion to preserve everyone's privacy. Each bathroom is treated as a design piece, with coloured glass, walk-in showers and TV embedded in the mirror.

The outdoors are a world of their own: large infinity pool facing the sea, lounges and sun loungers by Paola Lenti, 12-seat dining table under pergola, alley of centuries-old olive trees illuminated at night, and an outdoor big-screen cinema for family evenings.
