Maintaining a sports routine on holiday becomes simple when the coach comes to you. At the villa, in the garden, on the terrace or even on the beach: our coaches bring their equipment (TRX, kettlebells, gloves, jump ropes, mats) and adapt to the space. No drive to a gym, no booking battle, no shared equipment.
Our coach network includes state-certified personal trainers (Brevet d'État, DEUST, or equivalent), with diverse specializations: HIIT (high-intensity interval), functional training (essential movements), boxing (cardio + technique, with gloves and pads), Pilates, yoga-stretching, post-natal coaching, sports rehabilitation.
Sessions are 60-120 minutes, adapted to the level and goals of the group. Couples or family sessions are encouraged — same rate up to 3 people. For groups of 4-8 (corporate retreat, family reunion), additional coaches can be brought in.
Session formats and styles
What's offered:
- HIIT (high-intensity interval): 45-60 min intense session. Burpees, mountain climbers, push-ups, sprints. Best for fitness and calorie burn.
- Functional training: 60-90 min focusing on essential movements (squat, lunge, push, pull). Best for daily life strength.
- Boxing (with gloves and pads): 60-90 min cardio + technique. Best for stress relief.
- Pilates: 60 min on a mat, focus on core strength and posture.
- Yoga-stretching: 60-75 min, between yoga and stretching. Best for flexibility and recovery.
- Post-natal coaching (from 2 months after birth): 60 min adapted to recovery. Pelvic floor focus.
- Junior coaching (8-15 years): 45-60 min, fun and educational.
Pricing and group sizes
What it costs:
- 1h session (1-3 people identical rate): €80-130.
- 1h30 session: €120-180.
- 2h session: €160-220.
- Couples (same rate as solo): €80-130 for 1h.
- Family (up to 4 people, same coach, possibly mixed levels): €100-160 for 1h.
- Group 5-8: €150-250 with one coach.
- Group 8+: extra coach, €200-350 for 1h30.
Multi-session packages: 5 sessions at €450-700 (slight discount). Daily for a full week: €700-1,200.
Equipment and setup
What's needed:
- Outdoor or indoor space (4-6m² per person minimum).
- Cleared zone (no fragile objects nearby).
- Bring: water bottle, towel, comfortable clothes, sneakers.
- Coach brings: mats, TRX, kettlebells, jump ropes, gloves, pads, speaker for music.
- For boxing: specific gloves (provided). For Pilates: mats and props.
- For special needs (post-natal, injury recovery): tell us when booking — we send the right coach.
Tips and recovery
For best results:
- Best time: morning (7-9am before heat) or late afternoon (6-8pm).
- Hydration: 500ml-1L during a session, 1-2L total per day.
- Recovery: light stretching after each session. Plan rest day every 2-3 days.
- Nutrition: protein within 30 min after intensive training (eggs, yogurt, smoothie).
- Combine with massage: many guests follow training with a recovery massage at the villa.
