Practising yoga in Var is a sensory experience: the sound of the sea, the golden morning light, the mistral wind in the pines. We work with experienced teachers, some bilingual (English/French), to offer sessions in your villa or on a quiet beach. The atmosphere is gentle, focused on body awareness and breath.
Styles offered: vinyasa (dynamic, posture flow synchronized with breath), hatha (slower, focus on basics and alignment), yin (long passive postures, perfect for end of day), restorative (deep relaxation with bolsters), prenatal (adapted for pregnancy), kundalini (mantras and breathing).
Format: 60-75 min session at your villa or on a beach. The teacher brings mats and props. For beginners, the session is adapted at every step. For experienced practitioners, the session is paced and demanding.
Yoga styles by need

- Vinyasa flow: athletic, breath-linked. For energy and physical engagement.
- Hatha: slower-paced, focus on holding postures, breath. Beginner-friendly.
- Yin: long holds (3-5 min per pose), deeply relaxing. Ideal for evenings.
- Restorative: passive postures with bolsters. Pure relaxation. Great for stressed groups.
- Prenatal: from the 4th month. Specific postures for pregnancy comfort.
- Kundalini: includes mantras, breathing, energetic poses. More 'spiritual'.
- Kids yoga: from age 5, playful, with stories.
We pair you with the right teacher based on your style preference and the group's level.
Where: villa, beach, or retreat
Three formats:
- At the villa: most popular. Quiet terrace or shaded area. Teacher arrives, sets up, conducts session, packs up.
- On the beach: sunrise (around 7am in July) or sunset (around 8pm). Cool, magical light. We pick the right spot (uncrowded, soft sand).
- Multi-day retreat: at one of our partner villas, with daily sessions, healthy meals, mindful walks. 3-7 days. From €1,200/person.
- In studio: less common in our network — most practitioners travel to your location.
Pricing and group sizes
What it costs:
- Solo 60-75 min: €80-130 at villa or on beach.
- Couples 60-75 min: €100-150 (€50-75/person).
- Group up to 8 people: €80-150 for the group (€10-20/person).
- Group 8-12: €120-200 for the group.
- Multi-day retreat (3 nights, daily sessions): from €1,200/person, all-inclusive.
Add-on: meditation circle, breath workshop, mantra introduction — €30-50 extra per person.
What to bring and tips
For best experience:
- Comfortable clothes (yoga pants or leggings, t-shirt, sweatshirt for cool early morning).
- Towel (light for the body, optional for the mat).
- Water bottle.
- Hairband for long hair.
- Open mind — yoga is for all bodies, all ages, all flexibilities.
Teachers always adapt to the level of the group. Beginners are welcome.
